Oregon Housing and Community Services
OAS recently returned to the Great Northwest at the request of Oregon Housing & Community Services (OHCS) to conduct six additional capacity assessments across the state in different geographies and circumstances. Although the scope and objectives of each of the assessments varied, all proved extremely helpful as the OHCS continued its good work across the state by targeting its resources most effectively.
