Community Foundation of South Alabama

As the long-time executive director of the foundation was leaving, the Foundation had the opportunity to evaluate its flagging Community Economic Development program that was capitalized post-Katrina. This was a critical time to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the program as a national search was being conducted for a new executive. The OAS report was essential in determining the Foundation’s future direction and to be sure that the incoming CEO understood and shared that vision.
