Federal Reserve Board Governor Randall S. Kroszner announces new partnership with NeighborWorks America NeighborWorks America announced on May 7 a new partnership with the Federal Reserve aimed at developing strategies to address the increase in foreclosures and real estate owned properties ("REO"). The announcement was made by Federal Reserve Governor and NeighborWorks America board member Randall Kroszner at the NeighborWorks America Symposium Stabilizing Communities in the Wake of Foreclosure, held in Cincinnati. Thousands of Homeowners Receive Free Foreclosure Help Through NeighborWorks America Outreach

struggling homeowner receives free counseling at NeighborWorks-Hope NOW Alliance Workshop in Philadelphia NeighborWorks America has launched a multi-state tour to help homeowners avoid foreclosure as the mortgage crisis rages on. The tour consists of home preservation events that offer struggling homeowners face time with their mortgage servicing company and/or a housing counselor. Learn more.
